Jessica Duque

Ms. Duque was a Dean’s Fellow for Criminal Procedure, interned for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Alicia O. Valle of the Southern District of Florida, and also interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office of the Southern District of Florida.

She went on to compete in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition where she finished runner-up. Then, Ms. Duque served as the first Latina President of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board.

Ms. Duque graduated law school in May of 2021 with honors, and was admitted into the Florida Bar in September of 2021.
