Andrea Lopez joined Samuel J. Rabin, Jr., P.A., in March of 2014 as an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Lopez graduated from the University of Miami where she attained the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Political Science with a minor in Psychology and continuously made Dean’s list. Ms. Lopez went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Lopez clerked for both the Honorable Judge Richard Hersch and the Honorable Judge Monica Gordo of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. She was also a part of the Health Rights Clinic where she vigorously advocated on behalf of indigent clients in her community. Ms. Lopez graduated law school, with honors, in December of 2013 and was admitted into the Florida Bar in April of 2014. Ms. Lopez is also admitted to practice before the federal court in the Southern District of Florida.
Currently, Ms. Lopez participates in all aspects of federal and state criminal cases, including trials, pretrial motions, discovery, plea negotiations, and sentencing.
